The safety and well-being of our employees and customers is our top priority. We continue to operate in both our sales and service departments. We are closely monitoring guidance by the CDC and World Health Organization, taking recommended precautions in terms of customer health and safety. We are adhering to all regulations and guidelines related to COVID-19. 

Below are actions we have and will continue to take:

·         We enhanced the techniques used to clean our vehicles. Our employees are paying special attention to interior customer touch points such as seats, steering wheel, door handles, navigation/data screen, and other hard surfaces.

·         We are cleaning and disinfecting our facilities frequently with hospital-grade sanitation products.

·         The ensure the welfare of our employees, we have instructed employees that feel ill to stay home and consult with their healthcare provider to address any medical needs. We are also urging employees to be vigilant about social distancing, frequent hand washing and avoidance of unnecessary contact.

·         Disinfectant, hand sanitizer and gloves are available throughout our sales and service areas and are encouraged to be used frequently.

·         Masks are required for all face to face interactions and protective panels are used in high customer interface areas.

We have invested in patented "PermaSafe" technology killing 99.999% of viruses and bacteria. PermaSafe is used at our stores as well as inside vehicles and can be purchased in our service departments.  In addition to keeping our vehicles and stores clean and sanitized, we have implemented several "contact-less" procedures including 100% online buying process with "white glove" delivery of vehicles to customers who purchase or lease online, video walk-arounds, virtual test drive, and more.
